Fliflr is a digital marketplace platform that enables businesses (“Merchants”) to display products or services and connect with customers. Fliflr does not sell products, provide services, or act as a buyer or seller in any transaction.
Fliflr does not process payments, does not act as a payment intermediary, and does not receive, hold, transmit, or control customer funds at any time.
All payments are made directly between customers and Merchants using third-party payment providers selected and operated by the Merchant, including but not limited to PayPal.
Any payment buttons, checkout links, or embedded payment code displayed on Fliflr are owned, managed, and controlled solely by the Merchant and are linked to the Merchant’s own third-party payment account.
Fliflr is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or payment between customers and Merchants and bears no responsibility for payment processing, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, or delivery of goods or services.
Merchants are solely responsible for maintaining valid third-party payment accounts, complying with all applicable payment provider terms and laws, and handling customer payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Customers acknowledge that all payments are governed by the Merchant’s terms and the policies of the applicable third-party payment provider, and not by Fliflr.
By using Fliflr, all parties agree that Fliflr’s role is strictly limited to providing a marketplace and discovery platform and that Fliflr bears no financial, transactional, or payment-related liability
Fliflr
